4. Teams and Organisations

TalkReport supports team-based collaboration. When you create or join a team:

  • Team owners and administrators may manage team settings and member access
  • Content created within a team is accessible to team members according to their roles
  • You are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your team
  • Removal from a team may result in loss of access to team content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Collect, harvest, or store personal data about others without their consent
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

  • Create forms that collect sensitive information without appropriate safeguards

If you create forms that collect information from others, you are responsible for:

  • Handling collected data in accordance with your own privacy policies
  • Ensuring forms do not collect prohibited or illegal content

7. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features for form completion and voice interaction. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
  • Voice recordings are processed for transcription and may be temporarily stored
  • AI features may be subject to third-party provider terms and limitations

8. Token System and Usage

Certain features of the Service consume tokens. Token usage is tracked and may be subject to limits based on your subscription plan. Unused tokens may expire according to your plan terms.

9. Subscription and Payment

9.1 Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to your subscription period.

9.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

9.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TalkReport and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TalkReport SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TalkReport and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
