- Tokens are the currency for using TalkReport features. Each AI interaction, form completion, report generation, and other actions consume tokens. Different actions have different costs - for example, a chat message costs 10 tokens, while generating a complex PDF report costs 20 tokens.
- How many forms can I complete with my tokens?
- A typical form completion workflow uses approximately 125 tokens (including AI assistance, chat messages, and a basic report). With our Starter plan (12,500 tokens), you can complete around 100 forms per month. The Professional plan supports approximately 220 forms, and Business handles around 520 forms.
- Do unused tokens roll over?
- Monthly subscription tokens refresh each billing cycle. However, tokens purchased via credit packs never expire - they remain in your account until used, giving you flexibility for busier periods.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your billing dashboard. When upgrading, you'll immediately get access to additional tokens. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Can I try TalkReport for free?
- Yes! When you sign up, you receive 1,000 free tokens to explore the platform. No credit card required. Once you've tried it out, you can subscribe to a plan or purchase token top-ups as needed.
- What happens if I run out of tokens?
- You can purchase additional token packs at any time through your billing dashboard. For teams with predictable usage spikes, we recommend the Large or XL credit packs which offer better value per token.
- Do you offer annual billing discounts?
- Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing across all plans. This is automatically applied when you choose annual billing at checkout.
- How does team billing work?
- Billing is per team/organisation. All team members share the same token pool, making it easy to manage costs. Team owners and admins can view usage analytics and manage the subscription from the billing dashboard.
- Can I export my data?
- Absolutely. You retain full ownership of your data. You can export all forms, submissions, attachments, and reports at any time in standard formats.
